1. In a large pot heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Slice onion into thin strips. Sauté for about 3 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add about half of the salt and red pepper flakes. Slice the garlic into thing chips and toss in at the end for another 3 minutes. 2. Add the pearl barley to the onion mushroom mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the apple juice, stock, thyme, vinegar, and soy sauce. 1. Line a an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper and lightly spray nonstick spray.Chop your chocolate into small pieces easy for melting. 2. Gently warm the sweetened condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pot on the stove, medium low heat.  3. Add chocolate, and cayenne and stir well to combine over low heat. 4. Pour into pan and spread with spatula. Sprinkle salt on top. 5. Place 20 popsicle sticks into the chocolate mixture. Spacing evenly apart, about an inch. Cool in fridge for one hour. 6. Remove from fridge and pull out of pan with the overhanging parchment. Place
